Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Algebraic Topology
Offer DescriptionThe candidate will work on a research project related to braid groups, configuration spaces and applications within the scope of the Thematic Project entitled “Algebraic, Geometric and Differential Topology”, hosted by the University of São Paulo’s Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME-USP) in Brazil and funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) through .The fellow will be linked to the post-doctoral program of the Mathematics Department of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), where he/she will work under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Pedro Luiz Queiroz Pergher, co-principal investigator for the Thematic Project.The grant will last 12 months and may be renewed according to FAPESP criteria.This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality.
