• Análise de Dados: Utilizar dados internos e externos para para gerar análises relevantes para o negócio.

• Engajamento dos Motoristas: Criar estratégias precisas para engajar e melhorar nossa experiência.
• Equilíbrio do Marketplace: Apoiar o desenvolvimento de uma estratégia de incentivos para obter um melhor equilíbrio do Fuel Marketplace.
• Inovação: Ser extremamente ativo na busca de oportunidades e propositivo em novos testes e abordagens.

Role Qualifications:

• Ter um perfil mão na massa! Procuramos alguém que goste de encontrar soluções e resolva problemas.
• Desejo de aprender como trabalhar com processos de decisão baseado em dados.
• Gostar de trabalhar com outras pessoas e estar confortável com mudanças.
• Conhecimento intermediário de Excel e execução de análises quantitativas.
• Curso de graduação em ciências exatas como engenharia, estatística ou áreas correlatas.
• Conhecimento de SQL será um diferencial.
• Inglês intermédiário a avançado. Possíveis interações com times da China.
