While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities.Under close guidance completes the following activities:
- Support and schedule loading/unloading processes for trucks and other vehicles
- Release vehicles for pick-up and delivery;
- Monitor and participate in the organization of the work environment;
- Update warehouse, pick-up and delivery reports and enter/update information in internal transport systems;
- Participate in dedicated operations and monitor the performance of specific customers;
- Execute activities related to issue pre-alerts, execute administrative activities, generate reports and collect operational data to support the update of KPIs.
- Execute activities related to indoor and outdoor risk management and communicate pending issues to the Security sector;
- Answers phones, transfers calls, and takes messages as required.
- Prepares paperwork for outbound packages (airways bills, PO Box, and address).
- Assists customers by answering questions on basic features of service.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
Education:
High school diploma/equivalent. Proficiency in English
Valid Drivers License and good driving record.Experience: None to One (0-1) year clerical experienceSkills:
- Data entry, and/or general office skills.
- Good human relations and communication skills.
- Clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Dynamic and creative
- Organizational skills
- Basic notions of customer service
