- Provide exceptional customer support in crypto trading via emails and chats
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries
- Always be up-to-date with the general market conditions
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team’s performance
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent Portuguese and upper intermediate English
- Previous experience in crypto and trading is a must
- At least 6 months of chat/email customer support experience
- Experience with Salesforce/Zendesk/Jira
- Analytical and research skills
- Strong communication skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Financial/mathematical background
- Experience working with KPIs
