In this role you will use your experience and/or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and effect short term initiatives and long-term departmental improvements.As a Jr. Buyer, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure supplier payments performance in order to avoid supply chain disruptions,
• Manage onboarding processes and maintenance of supplier and customer master data,
• Control Purchases Services for Direct Sourcing team,
• Support the whole team in the control and management of NCR’s,
• Support in control receiving/inventory goals,
• Fulfilment support (focus on logistics and customs),
• Request and control the opening of tax period,
• Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting,
• Works together with high level individuals within the business,
• Contribute to project as a team member and/or leads small projects,
• Work in accordance with the company’s quality policy and procedures and our operations.
• Report any non-compliance, concern, and risk situations to the product/process/service.
• Be committed to the results of quality objectives and seek continuous improvement of product/process/service.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, in engineering, administration and related or on going,
• Experience within procurement, sourcing and/or international logistics,
• Advanced English level,
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (excel is mandatory),
• Experience with data and indicators analysis,
• Strong sense of urgency and priority,
• Strong oral, written, verbal and electronic communication skills,
• Analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work independently, self-motivate and influence others,
• A demonstrable technical mindset and approach with attention to detail,
• Ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily.
• Knowledge of Oracle/ERP, desired,
• Previous knowledge or use of Power BI, desired
• Experience of a manufacturing / engineering environment, Oil and Gas sector is preferred but not essential.
