Amazon Launch and Growth Coordinator

Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM Pacific Standard TimeSalary Range: $1000 – $1200Key Responsibilities:1. Launch Execution
- Coordinate the development of creative assets, including imagery and content, to support product launches.
- Conduct comprehensive research to determine product positioning and identify unique selling points for listings and advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective keyword strategies, collaborating closely with the PPC team to optimize keyword rankings.
- Execute review generation strategies to maintain high ratings for product listings.
- Contribute to product ideation and validate niche opportunities through thorough market research.
- Track and analyze data to evaluate launch performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. Continuous Split-testing & Innovation
- Proactively test new strategies with each launch to stay ahead of competitors and enhance overall performance.
- Conduct ongoing research on competitors and the Amazon marketplace to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
3. Launch List Management
- Create and manage launch lead lists, including tasks related to Meta Ads and email list nurturing.
- Cultivate an engaged list of active consumers eagerly awaiting our next new product launch.
4. Support to Brand Manager
- Serve as a key support resource to the Brand Manager, assisting with various initiatives and projects.
- Provide assistance with legacy product relaunches and conduct imagery testing as required.
- Handle Amazon backend flat files and cases to ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to learning new skills and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Possesses a competitive spirit and demonstrates a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience with / Interest in Selling on Amazon, Meta Ads, and Email & SMS Marketing is a Plus.
