And all opportunities are open to people with disabilities.GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:This role is focused on the efficient and effective execution of standard tax activities for our business of Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical and Crop Science, supporting all the operations in Brazil (e.g. standard tax report filling, data quality checks, analytics, conciliation and tax calculation) in compliance tax with global TAX procedures and guidelines.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Indirect tax Compilation and Calculation: Monthly computation of ICMS & IPI taxes for the accounting closing of the group’s entities;
• Ancillary returns: Prepares ancillary returns related to ICMS & IPI taxes;
• Indirect Tax Reconciliation: Reconciles the computations of ICMS & IPI, accumulated credits and respective reserves;
• Balance Sheet Review: Generates the data, reports and accounting ledgers to inform the commentaries accounting for the indirect tax accounting accounts variance;
• Other activities: Assists in additional activities performed by the Indirect Tax Compliance Analyst, including Forecast preparation, Actual Review, analysis of accumulated credits etc.
• Checking of tax books;
• Issue of the tax payments slips and effectuation of tax payments in bank line;
• Supporting tax audits,
• Statement of cumulativos credits (ICMS & IPI);
• Preparing tax account reconciliations;
• Identify process improvement needs and align with CoE / GPO organization;
• Support tax and accounting teams for technical and or process related questions;

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related area – Mandatory.
• Previous working experience in tax – Mandatory.
• Experience in SAP, desirable Mastersaf – Mandatory.
• Supporting Tax on systems and automation projects (SAP/Mastersaf) – Mandatory.
• Advanced English (spoken and writing) – Mandatory.
• Live in São José dos Campos, Sao Paulo, Campinas or nearby city, with availability to go to the office twice week – Mandatory.
• Foundational experience level of process and system knowledge in increasing.
• Advanced level of capability to understand complexity of changes with respect to business and regulatory environment and to respond quickly.
